When guests book through the reservation widget, they can share allergy and dietary information. This is stored against the reservation and visible to your team before and during service.
How guests share allergy information
Guests can enter allergy and dietary preferences in a dedicated field during the booking flow. This field is optional — they are not required to fill it in to complete their booking.
Tip: You can set up pre-defined allergen options for guests to select when booking. Configure these under Reservations > Settings > Availability in the service settings.
View in the Back Office
Go to Back Office > Reservations > Agenda.
Open the reservation.
The allergy and dietary information submitted by the guest appears in the reservation details.
View in the Tebi App
Go to Reservations in the Tebi App.
Tap a reservation to open it.
The allergy and dietary information is shown in the reservation details.
Add allergy notes during service
If a guest mentions an allergy on arrival that was not submitted at booking, you can add it as a note directly from the reservation. Notes can be routed to a prep station so your kitchen sees them in time.
See Use the Reservations Inbox for how to add and send notes from within a reservation.
