Once your reservations are configured, let guests book directly from your website or Instagram with the reservation widget.
Customizing the widget
Customize the widget to match your brand by choosing a color.
If guests can choose between multiple locations, specify that in the widget by adding a location name, description, and image for each.
Allergies and dietary restrictions
Turn on the option to let guests specify allergies and dietary restrictions at the time of booking. Guests can then choose from your pre-defined options when they reserve.
These restrictions automatically attach as notes to the sale and to the prep station ticket, so your kitchen sees them without anyone having to pass the information along manually.
Installing the widget
When you're happy with the setup, go to Widget installation and copy the embed code. Paste it into your website wherever you want the booking button to appear.
Guests can then book directly from your site, 24/7, without calling.
You can also drop the booking link in your Instagram bio, or set it as your Instagram action button, so guests can book straight from your profile.
Takeaway orders
Your reservation widget also supports takeaway orders. To offer a takeaway menu, go to QR and takeaway > Takeaway, and select Enable web widget.
Gift cards
You can also let customers purchase gift cards through the widget. Go to Gift Cards > Settings, and select Sell and redeem gift cards online.
