Walk-ins are guests who arrive without booking ahead. Creating a walk-in in Tebi lets you track who's seated, count against your pacing limits, and open a sale on the table — same as a regular reservation but without the advance details.
In the Tebi App
Tap Reservations › Walk-ins › +.
Enter group size.
Optionally enter a guest name (handy for calling the table at hand-over).
Tap Assign table or use the floor plan to pick one.
Tap Save — the table now shows as occupied.
Show walk-ins in the reservations list
By default, walk-ins appear in your reservations list alongside booked reservations so you have one unified view of who's in the venue. If you'd rather keep them out of the main list:
Go to Tebi App › Menu > Settings > Preferences
Toggle off Show walk-ins.
In the Back Office
Less common but possible:
Go to Reservations › Agenda › +.
Set status to Walk-in and fill in the rest.
Note: Walk-ins count against your pacing and day limits the same way reservations do. If a service is at its pacing limit, you'll see a warning before the walk-in saves.
Tip: For very busy nights, set up a Walk-in only zone in your floor plan that's blocked from online bookings. Reserved tables stay reserved, walk-in tables stay walk-in.
