How sales days work in Tebi
Een verkoopdag in Tebi loopt van 06:00 tot 06:00 de volgende dag. Een transactie om 01:00 uur op 16 maart telt bijvoorbeeld nog steeds als de verkoop van 15 maart. Alles wat wordt verwerkt na 06:00 op 16 maart behoort tot de 16e. Houd hier rekening mee bij het afstemmen van verkopen op uitbetalingen.
Why your payouts don't match your monthly sales
Door de uitbetalingsvertraging worden de verkopen van de laatste dagen van een maand opgenomen in de uitbetalingen van de volgende maand. Dit betekent dat je totale uitbetalingen in maart niet overeenkomen met je totale verkopen in maart.
Om correct af te stemmen, moet u de juiste verkoopdatums koppelen aan de juiste uitbetalingsdatums.
Step 1: Find the matching dates
Tel terug vanaf de eerste uitbetalingsdatum van je periode met je uitbetalingsvertraging om de eerste overeenkomende verkoopdatum te vinden. Doe hetzelfde voor de laatste uitbetalingsdatum.
Voorbeeld (T+2, reconciliatie maart): De eerste uitbetaling van maart (3 maart) bevat verkopen van 1 maart. De laatste uitbetaling van maart (31 maart) bevat verkopen van 27 maart. Verkopen van 28-31 maart worden uitbetaald in april.

Tip: Use the payout tables in Sales day payout to map your sales days to payout days. Remember to account for weekends and bank holidays.
Step 2: Find your sales total in Tebi
Ga in de Backoffice naar Inzichten > Rapportenlijst > Dagrapport.
Voer de overeenkomende verkoopdatums in van Stap 1.
Noteer het totale verkoopbedrag en het totale fooibedrag. Fooien zijn inbegrepen in kaartbetalingen en maken deel uit van uw uitbetaling.
If a specific day looks off, open the Day Overview in the Tebi app. The "Total Adyen" card shows the card payment total for that day, so you can compare it directly to the batch in Adyen.
Note: If you use e-commerce payments, include those as well.
Step 3: Find your payout total in Adyen
Ga naar Adyen Essentials en log in.
Kies onder Finance voor Sales to payouts. Het overzicht heeft twee tabbladen: Sales & Payouts
Op het tabblad Sales kan jij elke uitbetalingsbatch zien, de status ervan en de datum waarop deze is uitbetaald. Gebruik dit om te bevestigen dat je naar de juiste periode kijkt.
Open het tabblad Payouts.
Zoek de uitbetalingen op voor de overeenkomende periode.
Noteer het totale uitbetalingsbedrag en de totale transactiekosten.
Step 4: Compare the amounts
Subtract the transaction costs from your Tebi total. This should match your Adyen payout.
Your payout consists of the following formula:
Sales (including tips) - refunds - costs of transaction - adjustments = payout
Example: Tebi total is € 3,700.00 (sales + tips). Transaction costs are € 55.00. € 3,700.00 − € 55.00 = € 3,645.00. If your Adyen payout is also € 3,645.00, everything matches.
When there is still a difference
If the amounts don't match after subtracting transaction costs, the most common causes are:
Card discrepancies — Payments registered in Tebi that were never completed on the payment terminal. This happens with manual payments, where the sale is closed in Tebi but the card payment was not processed. You can find card discrepancies in the Day Report for the relevant period.
Prepayments — Reservation prepayments are paid out by Adyen when the customer pays, but they are counted as sales revenue at a later moment (when the reservation takes place). This means a prepayment can appear in a payout for a different period than the sales day it is counted on in Tebi.
Refunds and chargebacks — These are deducted from your payouts as they occur, not on the date of the original sale. Check the Sales tab in Sales to payouts for any refunds or chargebacks in the payout period.
Other adjustments — These include deposit corrections, invoice deductions, and balance transfers. If you purchased hardware (from Adyen), the purchase price is also deducted from your payout. Expand the payout details in Adyen to see the full breakdown.
Recommendation: Use integrated payments (sending the payment from the app to the terminal) instead of manual payments. This prevents card discrepancies between Tebi and Adyen.
