Send and track your invoices

Send invoices from the POS, check their status and send reminders.

Once you've closed sales on invoices, send them from the POS and keep track of who has paid. Watch the video, or follow the steps below.

Find and check your invoices

  • On the POS, go to Menu and select Invoices. Recent invoices show first. To look further back, use the filter at the top right.

  • Open invoices haven't been sent yet, like invoices you deferred.

  • Sent invoices are waiting for payment.

  • Overdue invoices are past their due date.

  • Paid invoices are done. Tebi moves an invoice to Paid by itself when the guest pays.

  • Each line shows the guest, their email address, the status, the last activity, the number of sales and the total.

  • If there's no email under the guest's name, the invoice won't arrive, so fix the guest's profile before you send.

  • Tap an invoice to see exactly what's on it, sale by sale.

Send an invoice

  • Tap the invoice, then tap the three dots and select Send invoice.

  • Choose a payment term under Payment due in: 0, 7, 10, 14, 30 or 90 days, or set your own.

  • Optional: add a Note for this invoice.

  • Tap Preview to check the invoice. Once it's sent, you can't change it.

  • Send the invoice. Your guest receives an email with the invoice as a PDF, a payment link and a QR code to pay. When they pay, Tebi tracks it and the invoice moves to Paid by itself.

Send several invoices or reminders

  • To send every open invoice at once, tap the three dots at the top right and select Send all open invoices.

  • To send reminders, tap the three dots at the top right, select Selection mode, pick the invoices and tap Send reminders.

Send invoices on time

  • The day you send an invoice is the day it counts towards your revenue. Send it the same day, or at least in the same month, so your reports add up.
