Guests reserve through your reservation widget, but that only works once you've set up your services and their availability. A service can be anything guests book, like lunch, dinner, or even a workshop.
Getting started
Go to Reservations > Settings > Availability, and select Create availability.
Details
Give the service a name guests will recognize right away, like Lunch or Dinner.
Add a description of what guests can expect, from an upscale tasting menu to a relaxed Sunday brunch. If you serve guests in more than one language, add translations for the name and description using the language selector.
Upload an image for the booking widget. PNG or JPEG work, and 800 by 500 pixels is the recommended size.
Pick a color for this service. Every reservation tied to it gets highlighted that color, so you can spot it at a glance.
Payments and refunds
Turn on Confirm reservation with payment to cut down on no-shows. Guests will need to prepay or leave a card on file before their reservation is confirmed.
Widget customization
By default, guests can book this service straight from your widget. Turn that off, and it's only bookable through a direct link instead.
Turn on Highlight in widget to feature the service, useful for a one-off event or a special menu.
If your image already shows the service name, turn on Hide service card name so it's not shown twice. You can also write a custom subtitle for the card, or leave it blank to keep the automatic one.
Turn on Hide automated text to remove the auto-generated prepayment and timing details. This is useful if you're using prepayments to sell an entrance ticket to a special event. Your custom subtitle and bullet points still show.
Add a few bullet points to highlight the essentials, on the details page and on the booking form.
Saving your service
Save it, and you'll also get a direct booking link for this service, ready to share anywhere outside the widget.
