Modifiers let guests customize an order without slowing things down.
Adding a modifier to a sale
Open a sale, and select the product, for example, a Latte.
If a modifier group is linked to that product, like Milk Options for anything tagged Coffee with Milk, the modifier shows up automatically.
Select the option the guest wants before completing the order.
Adding a note
If the guest needs something extra, like light foam or a specific temperature, add a note before confirming the sale.
At the prep station
The modifier and note appear on the same ticket as the drink, so whoever's preparing it always knows exactly what to make.
