Create an availability schedule

Each service must have an availability schedule, set it up in a few steps.

Once you've created a service, set up an availability schedule so guests know exactly when and where they can book it.

Services using this schedule

Choose which service or services this schedule applies to. At least one is required.

Seating

Turn on Allocate guests to tables to seat guests automatically. For events, workshops, or classes, it's usually better to turn this off.

Select which seating areas this schedule can use, like Terrace or Inside. Each area shows its own limits pulled from your floor plan: tables available, maximum guests, and maximum group size.

Time, day, and date limits

Decide whether this schedule runs weekly or only on fixed dates. If it's weekly, pick which days of the week it's available.

Set the earliest and latest times guests can arrive for this service.

If you need to pause this schedule for a holiday or closure, add a paused date range. Guests won't be able to book during that window.

Duration

Set how long guests have for this service. You can also turn on Display reservation end time to show guests exactly when their table time is up, in the widget and their confirmation email.

Turn on Squeezing to offer shorter time slots automatically when availability is tight, and choose the minimum duration you're willing to offer. This is off by default.

Booking window

Set your booking window: how far in advance guests can book, and how close to the start time a reservation can still be made. You can also add a same-day cutoff to stop bookings once service has already begun.

Advanced guest limits

Fine-tune your guest limits. These default to your floor plan's numbers for tables and seats, but you can adjust them for setups like double seating. You can also set a minimum and maximum group size, and reset everything back to your floor plan limits at any time.

Saving your schedule

Once you save, your service is ready to take bookings within these hours and limits.
