From release 1.76 you can download a reservation export directly from Back Office. The file includes guest details, booking information, and payment data for a selected date range.
Export your reservations
Go to Back Office > Reservations > Settings > Export.
Choose a date range. You can select up to 35 days at a time.
Choose a file format: Excel (.xlsx) or CSV.
Click Export to download the file.
Tip: If you need data for more than 35 days, run two separate exports with back-to-back date ranges.
What's included in the export
Each row represents one reservation. The following columns are included:
Name
Company name
Reservation ID
Date & Time
Number of guests
Table number
Service
Prepayment amount
Reference
Notes
Phone
Email
Status (confirmed or cancelled)
Note: The export reflects the state of your reservations at the moment of download. If reservations are added, cancelled, or moved after the export, you will need to run a new export to get the latest data.
