Use the Tebi Back Office to manage inventory in bulk by filling in the template files and uploading them into the system.
Count inventory by importing an excel file
You can override current inventory levels in bulk after performing an inventory count in excel.
In the Back Office, go to Products > Inventory.
Download the inventory by clicking the download icon which is above the table at the right.
Add the file into Excel or Google Sheets.
Count the inventory in the New Count column.
Make sure the file is saved as an .xlsx file.
Upload the new count by clicking the Count Inventory button. Select upload count sheet.
Preview the new count to make sure it is correct.
Save the count to add the new values.
Add inventory purchases
Add inventory items to your stock, including varying purchase prices and different purchase dates.
Fill in all fields in the supplied upload file template
GTIN (required)
Purchase quantity (required)
Net purchase price (optional)
Purchase date (optional)
The date should be formatted as YYY-MM-DD
Storage (optional)
Go to Back Office > Products > Product List
Tap Inventory purchases
Select the file to upload and click Open
Reporting in Back Office
You can find reporting on your stock levels in the Back Office.
Go to Reports > Report List > Daily Stock Report.
You can choose a date range here as well.
