How to export & import products
You can upload a product spreadsheet (.xlsx) in the Tebi Back Office.
This will overwrite any and all existing products in your list and archive all of them.
You should only do this when:
You have not yet added any products to your ledger, and you have a large number of products to add, or
You are editing and adding to a version of the Product List that is already uploaded to the ledger.
Export the Tebi product list
Go to Products > Product list in the Tebi Back Office
Click Export, this will download a list of your existing products (or an empty template if you haven't added any products yet)
Add your product information to each column in a spreadsheet program like Google Sheets or Excel
To add your new products to Tebi, follow the steps below:
Import products
The product import supports file formatting from Tebi, Lightspeed and Zettle. To add products in bulk:
Go to Products > Import in the Tebi Back Office
Select the provider from which you want to upload a product list
Upload the file
Review the number of products and the overview
Click on the Import button
The products will now be visible in the Product list
It's always a good idea to check your new products to ensure they are complete, any omissions can be added in the Tebi Back Office manually or on the Tebi app.
Edit products in bulk
Go to the Tebi Back Office > Products > Products List
Edit products directly in the table view
Tebi Tip: you can use the filters to apply to specific sets of products
Archive products in bulk
Go to the Tebi Back Office > Products > Products List
Select the products you want to archive using the checkboxes, or use Select all to select all visible products
Click Archive to archive the selected products
Archived products are no longer visible in your active product list. You can view and restore archived products by filtering on archived products in the Products List.
Assign tags to products in bulk
Go to the Tebi Back Office > Products > Products List
Select the products you want to tag using the checkboxes
Click Tags and select the tags you want to add or remove from the selected products
