Most guests find restaurants through Google Search or Google Maps. Filling in your Google Business Profile with accurate, up-to-date information helps you show up higher in results and makes it easier for guests to book directly from Google.
This article covers three things you can set up:
Adding your Tebi reservations link to your Business Profile
Adding a dedicated Booking link
Posting updates with Google Posts
Adding a reservations link
You can add your Tebi reservations URL as the Website link on your Google Business Profile.
Go to www.google.com/business and click Start now. Select your restaurant from the list.
Click Info to review and edit your contact details.
Click the edit icon under Website.
Paste your Tebi share link (find it in Back Office > Reservations > Widget) and click Apply.
Guests searching for your restaurant on Google can now book directly from your Business Profile.
Adding a Booking link
A Booking link is a dedicated action button on your profile (separate from the Website link), making the booking call-to-action stand out on Google Search and Maps.
Add the link
Go to your Business Profile.
On Google Search, select Booking. On Google Maps, select Edit profile and choose Booking as the transaction type.
Select Add link (or Add another link if you already have one).
Enter your Tebi reservations share link.
Click Save.
Set a preferred link
If you have multiple booking links, you can pin one as your Business preferred link:
Go to your Business Profile.
Select the transaction type (e.g. Booking).
Select Set preferred link.
Select the link you want to feature.
Click Save.

Google Posts
Use Google Posts to share announcements, updates, and event details directly with guests on Google Search and Google Maps. Posting keeps your profile fresh and gives guests a reason to choose your restaurant when they're browsing.
Posts let you:
Share up-to-date information so guests can make better decisions.
Promote specials, events, news, and offers.
Add photos or videos to make posts more engaging.
How to create a post
Go to your Business Profile.
Select Add update.
Choose the post type: Update, Offer, or Event.
Add the elements you want (photo, video, text, button).
Fill in the info for your post.
Click Post to publish, or Preview to check it first.
Tip: A descriptive title, clear start and end dates, and relevant details make your posts more effective.
