Reviews after reservation

Collect feedback from guests after their visit and encourage them to leave reviews online.

Tebi gives you two ways to gather reviews, both configured on the same page:

  • Internal reviews — an automated email asks guests to rate their experience directly in Tebi.

  • External reviews — guests who rate you above a chosen threshold are invited to post their review on Google or another platform.

Setting up reviews

Go to Back Office > Reservations > Settings > Reviews and configure the following:

  1. Reviews — turn on the toggle to email guests the day after their reservation asking them to rate their experience.

  2. Request external reviews — turn on the toggle to also ask qualifying guests to leave a review on an external platform.

  3. Minimum rating — enter the lowest score a guest must give before they receive the external review request (e.g. 8).

  4. External review URL — paste the link where guests should post their review (e.g. your Google Business profile).

Tip: Only guests whose internal rating meets or exceeds your minimum will be asked to post externally. This helps make sure your public reviews come from happy guests.

  2. The overview shows total reviews, average rating, and monthly review count.
