First, make sure your cash drawer and printer are supported by Tebi. Then go through these steps.
Plug the RJ12 cable into the printer and the cash drawer.
Go into the Tebi App > Settings > Printing > Printer Selection > scroll down to Printer Jobs > tap Open Cash Drawer > select the printer connected to the cash drawer. La configurazione del cassetto contanti è andata a buon fine.
The cash drawer can be opened in any sale by tapping the three dots next to the sales summary and then tapping Open Cash Drawer.
You can add an "Open cash drawer" button to the sales screen. See Setting up the Sales Grid for how to edit the sales grid.
Note: The cash drawer will open automatically after closing a sale as a cash payment.
