What is the Hardware Store?
The Tebi Hardware Store is a built-in shop where you can purchase hardware without needing to contact your account manager or go through a separate channel. Just add what you need to your cart and check out in a few clicks.
Note: The Hardware Store is available in supported regions only. If you don't see it in your dashboard and believe you should have access, please reach out to our support team.
How to access the Hardware Store
Log in to your Tebi account.
Navigate to the Hardware Store from the main menu.
You'll land on the store homepage, where all available products are displayed.
Browsing and ordering
Browse products
Products are shown as cards with an image, name, and price. All prices are shown excluding VAT, the applicable VAT will be calculated at checkout.
Click any product card to open a detailed view with the full description.
Add items to your cart
From the product card or the detail view, click Add to cart. A brief confirmation will appear to let you know the item has been added.
To review your cart, open the cart sidebar. From there you can adjust quantities, remove items, and see a running total before proceeding to checkout.
Your cart is saved automatically, if you close your browser or refresh the page, your items will still be there when you come back.
Confirm your delivery address
When you proceed to checkout, you'll be asked to confirm your delivery address. This is typically pre-filled based on your account information.
If the address shown is incorrect, you can flag this before completing your order. In a future update, you'll also be able to enter a fully custom shipping address.
Pay
Tebi uses Adyen to process payments securely. Enter your card details at the payment step to complete your purchase.
Once payment is confirmed, you'll see a summary of your order and the delivery address.
If you need help setting up the hardware you've ordered, you can flag this during checkout. Tebi will follow up to arrange setup support.
Coming soon: Support for Billie (Buy Now Pay Later) will be added shortly, giving you more flexibility on how you pay for larger orders.
After your order
Once placed, your order is processed and sent for fulfilment. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. When your order ships, you'll automatically receive a separate email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
