Tebi partners with Adyen to securely process card payments. Adyen has a handy portal available called Essentials, which can provide you with additional information about card payments and financial data.
Access Adyen Essentials
To use Adyen Essentials:
Go to Adyen Essentials
Login with your credentials
Find you username in the Tebi Back Office > Account > Details
The account name is: TebiBv
Note! The system is case sensitive.
Here you can view individual payments, prepayments, see received and scheduled payouts, and settle any payment disputes that may have taken place
Password reset
Request a password reset for your Adyen account:
Go to the Tebi Back Office > Account Details
Click on the link Forgot your Adyen Essentials password?
Add users
Give other team members or your bookkeeper access to Adyen Essentials
Log into Adyen Essentials
Go to Users > Create new user
