Tebi Payments have various payment methods.
To view and enable, go to the Back Office > Settings > Payments, and turn the toggle on for all the methods you want to use.
Types of Payment Methods:
Card payments (integrated with Adyen terminal)
Manual payments: if connection to the terminal cannot be made, staff can manually input an amount on the terminal and close a sale on the Tebi App by selecting Manual payment next to the terminal option on the Payment screen.
By default, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa , AMEX and VPay are enabled on your account. Please refer to the pricing section to learn more. Send an email to [email protected] if you would like this any of these (de)activated.
Cash
Reservation prepayment:
only for manually adding prepayments if you don't use Tebi Reservations, which has integrated prepayments.
QR Payments:
Showing guests a QR code to pay their bill, mostly used as a back-up.
Invoice:
If you want to use Tebi Invoicing.
Gift Card:
To be able to redeem Tebi Gift cards.
