Tebi Payments have various payment methods.
To view and enable, go to the Back Office > Settings > Payments, and turn the toggle on for all the methods you want to use.
Types of Payment Methods:
Card payments (integrated with Adyen terminal)
Manual payments: if connection to the terminal cannot be made, staff can manually input an amount on the terminal and close a sale on the Tebi App by selecting Manual payment next to the terminal option on the Payment screen.
By default, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and VPay are enabled on your account. If preferred, you can contact us to also enable AMEX. Be aware that AMEX payments are more expensive though. Please refer to the pricing section to learn more.
Cash
Reservation prepayment:
only for manually adding prepayments if you don't use Tebi Reservations, which has integrated prepayments.
QR Payments:
Showing guests a QR code to pay their bill, mostly used as a back-up.
Invoice:
If you want to use Tebi Invoicing.
Gift Card:
To be able to redeem Tebi Gift cards.
