Before you order
Before you can order a terminal, set up Tebi Payments first. See Set up Tebi Payments. Once this is complete, your payment provider is Adyen and the terminal is fully integrated with the Tebi App — payments sync automatically and sales close as soon as payment is received.

⚠️ Read this before you order — it changes what happens to your bank account.
Tebi merchants are split across two different payment systems, and which one you're on decides whether you pay for your terminal today or later.
Did you sign up with Tebi on or after 16 July 2026? You're on Balance. You pay for your terminal and any accessories immediately when you place the order — just like any normal online purchase. The money leaves your account straight away.
Did you sign up before 16 July 2026? You're on Legacy (this runs through Adyen Essentials). You pay nothing today. Instead, Tebi automatically holds back part of your future payouts — the money we transfer you from your sales — until the terminal is paid off. You won't see a charge now, but your payouts will be a little lower than usual for a while afterwards.
Not sure which one applies to you? That's completely normal — it's not something you can check yourself in the Back Office. Contact [email protected] before you order and we'll confirm it for you.
Order a terminal
Log in to the Tebi Back Office and go to Terminals > Place Order.
Select the product and quantity by clicking the +.
Add any accessories you need to the same order.
Choose a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the package.
Confirm the order, agree to the terms and conditions, and click Place order.
Note: Shipments typically take 1-3 working days and are delivered within office hours. UPS emails a track-and-trace link — keep an eye on it. If nobody signs on the second delivery attempt, the terminal returns to Adyen's warehouse and you'll need to reorder.
Warranty
Adyen provides a 1-year warranty on payment terminals. This warranty does not extend to accessories (such as chargers, docks, or cables) — only the terminal itself is covered.
Order accessories separately
Go to Accessories and parts.
Optionally filter by terminal type to see only what's relevant to you.
Select the product and quantity, choose a delivery address, confirm, and click Place order.
