How to set up a Bundle
Go to Products > select Bundles
Click the + Bundle button in the top right corner to add a bundle
Enter a name (for example Four-course menu)
Add a short description and tags if needed for product grouping
Set the price
Bundle pricing determines how the total amount is calculated and displayed during the sale.
You can choose one of the following options:
Add up individual prices - use the sum of the selected products
Set amount - set one total price for the full bundle (for example €45)
Apply a percentage discount - calculate the total based on individual product prices and apply a percentage discount (e.g. 10%)
Add slots and products
Slots define the structure of the bundle: for example Starter, Main, Dessert, or Drinks. Each slot represents one part of the bundle and contains the products that can be selected during sales. You can add slots manually, by tag, or create optional slots for add-ons.
Click on Slots to add a slot to your bundle
Enter a name for your slot (for example Starter)
Under Options, choose how to fill the slot:
Add specific products: manually select the exact products that belong in this slot (for example Guacamole or Smoked lime).
Add products from tag: automatically include all products that share a certain tag (for example Tacos). This is useful when the available options change regularly.
Add 'No Selection': use this for add-ons or items guests can skip, such as Extra cheese or Dessert. To make a slot optional, enable No selection.
Add product set: Choose this if multiple products are ordered at once in this bundle slot.
4. Set the selection rule: define how many products can be chosen from this slot (for example Choose 1 or Choose 2).
5. Click on Add slot when you're done.
You can add as many slots as needed. The order in which you create them defines how they appear during the sale.
Adjust option pricing
By default, each option in a slot uses its standard product price. You can override this per option:
Use standard price — no change, the product's normal price applies.
Set fixed price — charge a specific amount for this option regardless of its normal price.
Apply percentage discount — reduce the product's standard price by a set percentage.
Supplements
If you're using a Set amount bundle price, individual options can be marked as supplements. A supplement adds an extra charge on top of the fixed bundle price when that option is selected — useful for premium choices like an upgraded dessert or a side dish.
There are three supplement types:
Included in price — no extra charge, the option is covered by the bundle price.
Add product price — the option's standard price is added on top of the bundle price.
Add custom price — a specific amount you set is added on top of the bundle price.
Prep station and kitchen ticket settings
Under Preparation, you can control how the bundle appears in your prep station and on kitchen and bar tickets.
Show bundle name in prep station
Enable this to add the bundle name to each product line, so kitchen staff know which bundle it belongs to.
Kitchen ticket display
Choose how bundle components appear on kitchen and bar tickets. This setting can be configured per bundle, so you can match the display to the way your team actually works.
Go to Products > [select the bundle] > Kitchen ticket display and choose one of three modes:
Option 1 — Show products separately (with bundle indicator) Each product appears as its own line on the ticket, labelled as part of a bundle. Use this when products are prepped independently at different stations.
Best for: a set menu where starter, main, and dessert go to different sections of the kitchen.
Option 2 — Show bundle with products The bundle name appears as a header, with each component listed underneath as a checklist item. Use this as the standard display for most bundles.
Best for: a cocktail where all ingredients are prepped together at the bar., i.e. a mixed drink, which has several options to choose from.
Option 3 — Show bundle name only Only the bundle name appears on the ticket — no component breakdown. Use this for pre-made or pre-packaged items that need no preparation steps listed.
Best for: a bottled cocktail or pre-packaged item the bar simply picks and serves.
Note: The default display mode is Option 2 (bundle name with component checklist). To use a different mode for a specific bundle, update it manually in Back Office > Products > [select the bundle].
Archiving a bundle
To temporarily remove a bundle from the ordering screen without deleting it, open the bundle and select Archive bundle. Archived bundles no longer appear during sales but all their settings are kept.
To restore an archived bundle, go to Products > Bundles, enable Include archived bundles, and open the bundle to restore it.
