How to add and use Bundles in the Tebi App

How to add Bundles as a tile to your sales screen and use them in a sale

Add to the sales screen

  • Go into the Tebi App > Sales and open a sale.

  • In the Sales screen and go into Edit mode by long pressing an empty tile or the bar at the top on the Views.

  • Click the plus sign in an empty tile > Add a product

  • Search for the Bundle name > It appears as a product with the bundle icon (stacked squares) next to it.

  • Add the bundle as a sales tile to the desired view.

  • Tap Done to save your changes.

Use bundles in sales

  1. Tap the bundle tile in the Sales grid.

  2. If using slots, review the slot list, each part of the bundle (for example Starter, Main, Dessert) will appear.

    1. Select the choices for each slot.

      • Tap a product to add or change a selection.

      • If a slot allows multiple items, you can select more than one.

      • Optional slots can be skipped if the guest doesn’t want that item.

  3. Add notes or allergy information if needed.

Editing bundle settings

  1. Go to Menu > Products

  2. Click on the three green dots top right and select Bundles.

  3. Select the bundle you want to edit, you must be logged in as owner or manager.

Settings you can change:

  • Status: You can toggle on or off the availability of the product.

  • Details: edit the bundle name or description

  • Organization: add tags to search and discover this bundle later on

  • Customization: add a display name and change the color associated to this bundle

  • Select bundle contents on receipt: decide whether you want to show

    • All products,

    • only supplements,

    • nothing.

  • Preparation: toggle on and off the possibility to display the bundle name in the prep station.

  • Bundle pricing: select whether to price this bundle by:

    • adding up selected option prices,

    • charge a set amount for the bundle,

    • apply a percentage discount.

  • Slots in this bundle: add or remove slots in the bundle and the products.
