What is the Hardware Store?
De Tebi Hardware Winkel is een ingebouwde winkel waar je hardware kunt kopen zonder contact op te nemen met je accountmanager of extra stappen te doorlopen. Voeg gewoon toe wat je nodig hebt aan je winkelwagentje en rond af in een paar klikken.
Opmerking: De Hardware Winkel is alleen beschikbaar in ondersteunde regio's. Als je het niet ziet op je dashboard en denkt dat je toegang zou moeten hebben, neem dan contact op met ons supportteam.
How to access the Hardware Store
Log in op je Tebi account.
Ga naar de Hardware Winkel vanuit het hoofdmenu.
Je komt op de startpagina van de winkel, waar alle beschikbare producten worden getoond.
Browsing and ordering
Browse products
Producten worden weergegeven als kaarten met een afbeelding, naam en prijs. Alle prijzen worden exclusief btw weergegeven, de toepasselijke btw wordt berekend bij het afrekenen.
Klik op een productkaart om een gedetailleerd overzicht met de volledige beschrijving te openen.
Add items to your cart
Klik in de productkaart of vanuit de detailweergave op In winkelmandje. Er verschijnt een korte bevestiging om je te laten weten dat het artikel is toegevoegd.
Om je winkelwagentje te bekijken, open je de winkelwagen zijbalk. Van daaruit kun je de hoeveelheden aanpassen, items verwijderen en een doorlopend totaal bekijken voordat je doorgaat naar de kassa.
Je winkelwagentje wordt automatisch opgeslagen, als je je browser sluit of de pagina vernieuwt, zijn je items er nog steeds als je terugkomt.
Confirm your delivery address
When you proceed to checkout, you'll be asked to confirm your delivery address. This is typically pre-filled based on your account information.
If the address shown is incorrect, you can flag this before completing your order. In a future update, you'll also be able to enter a fully custom shipping address.
Pay
Tebi uses Adyen to process payments securely. Enter your card details at the payment step to complete your purchase.
Once payment is confirmed, you'll see a summary of your order and the delivery address.
If you need help setting up the hardware you've ordered, you can flag this during checkout. Tebi will follow up to arrange setup support.
Coming soon: Support for Billie (Buy Now Pay Later) will be added shortly, giving you more flexibility on how you pay for larger orders.
Na je bestelling
Once placed, your order is processed and sent for fulfilment. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. When your order ships, you'll automatically receive a separate email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
