How to set it up
Go to Back Office > Settings > Customer-facing language.
Under Default language, choose the main language for your business. This is used as a fallback when a guest's preferred language can't be detected, and for receipts and invoices.
Under Customer communication languages, tick every language you want to support for receipts, emails, notifications, and reservations.
Click Save.
Note: Translations for the widget UI and confirmation emails are handled by Tebi — you don't need to add them yourself. The only piece you set per language is the Widget button label, on Reservations > Settings > Widget.
How the widget chooses the language
The reservation widget follows the guest's browser language. If it matches one of your enabled languages, the widget and confirmation emails are shown in that language automatically. If the browser language doesn't match any of your enabled languages, your Default language is used.
Supported languages: English (United States), English (United Kingdom), Nederlands, Čeština, Dansk, Deutsch, Español, Italiano, Polski, Suomi.
Privacy & Terms page
The Privacy & Terms page guests see when they tap the privacy link in the booking flow is shown in the same language as the rest of the widget. No setup needed — if your widget is configured for a non-English language, the Privacy & Terms page automatically matches.
