Apply a fixed-amount discount on a sale

How to apply a fixed-amount discount:

  1. Before applying a fixed amount discount, you need to create the first fixed amount discount in the backoffice or app

Note: it can take up to 1 minute for a newly created discount to show up in the Sales view.

  2. Go to the sales view in the app

  3. Tap the three dots next to the sale

  4. Go to Discounts & Charges

  5. Scroll to the bottom and tap Add discount amount

  6. Give the discount a name and enter the amount

  7. Save

Set up:

  • From Tebi App: Products > 3 dots menu > Discounts > Add Discount Type 'amount'

  • From the Backoffice: Settings > Discounts > New discount > Add discount type 'amount'

Note: Fixed-amount discounts apply to a full sale, not to individual products. The discount reason and amount are recorded separately in your reports, keeping your discount overview clean and easy to read.

Fixed discounts cannot be used for payment methods such as giftcards.
