Tebi Dashboard
This feature shows details of your daily operational performance, so you can ensure that your business is healthy by the end of the month.
1. At the top of the page you will find the date selector to choose the time frame you want to look into. Either a day, week, month, year, or custom dates.
2. On the left of the date selector you will find arrows, to the left and right, to move to the previous, or next period.
3. On the right hand side of the selector you will find a comparison button, to look into how this period performed versus a different one.
4. Once you have selected the time frame, you can go through the tabs to deep dive into the different areas of your business.
Tabs on the dashboard
At the top of each page you will find the most relevant indicator for each category; as you scroll down you will find the indicators that impact it.
For example in the Sales tab you will see Revenue at first, and can then deep dive into the number of orders, average sale amount and more as you scroll down.
You can look at the charts to get a general idea for each metric, and can also click on each chart’s title to find a detailed view as well as a table with its source data. *Charts that have a detailed view will be underlined with a dashed line.
Tebi Tip: To learn more about how each metric is calculated, you can hover over the tool tips (circle with an “i” in the middle).
Pinning charts in the dashboard
Pin charts to customize the Pinned tab in the dashboard. Here you can combine your favorite charts from all tabs.
On a chart, click the pinned icon to add the chart to the pinned tab. You can also click this to unpin the chart.
This chart will appear in the pinned section.
To rearrange the charts in the pinned section, click customize. Now you can drag charts to reposition them into the order you prefer. When you are happy with the new layout, click done.
Tebi App Dashboard
The app dashboard has the same capabilities as the dashboard in the Back Office.
You can find the tabs along the top of the page to navigate through the different charts.
To change the time horizon, click the date selector, here this displays as ‘Today’ to choose the time frame that you want to look into. Either a day, week, month, year, or custom dates.
Within the time selector, you can also set the period you want to compare to by enabling the comparison and choosing the period that you want to compare to.
To pin a chart, click into the chart and select ‘Add to pinned’.
