Overview
From Release 1.71, restaurants in Spain can issue a single consolidated B2B invoice to corporate customers directly from the back office. This supports invoice-based payment workflows for business accounts that require a formal invoice rather than a standard receipt.
Availability: Spain only.
How it works
A B2B invoice consolidates one or more sales into a single invoice issued to a business customer. This is useful for corporate clients that pay by invoice rather than at point of sale.
The invoice is created and managed in the back office
It is issued to a customer set up as a Business customer type in Tebi
Once sent, the customer receives the invoice by email and can pay according to agreed payment terms
Set up a business customer
Before issuing a B2B invoice, make sure the customer is configured as a business account:
Go to Back Office > Customers
Open or create the customer record
Set the Customer type to Business
Fill in the company name, tax ID (NIF/CIF), and billing address
Issue a B2B invoice
Go to Back Office > Sales > Invoices
Select the relevant sales to include in the invoice
Choose the business customer
Click Create invoice to generate the invoice
Review the invoice PDF, then click Send invoice to email it to the customer
