What are bundles?
Bundles let you group products together for one-tap ordering. They're ideal for meal deals, multi-course menus, cocktail packages, or any combination where a customer picks from a set of options.
A bundle is made up of slots — each slot represents one part of the bundle (for example, a starter, a main, and a dessert). For each slot, you define which products staff can choose from.
Creating a bundle
Bundles are set up in the Back Office. Go to Products > Bundles and click New bundle.
1. Fill in the bundle details
Name — the name shown to staff when ordering (e.g. "3-course menu")
Description — optional, visible in the ordering screen
Image — optional photo for the bundle
Tags — use tags to organise bundles and control where they appear
2. Set the bundle pricing
Choose how the bundle price is calculated:
Add up selected option prices — the total is the sum of each option the staff member selects
Charge a set amount — the bundle has a fixed price regardless of which options are chosen. Options can be marked as supplements to add a charge on top.
Apply percentage discount — adds up the option prices, then applies a discount you set
3. Add slots
Each slot is one section of the bundle. Click Add slot and configure it:
Display name — shown to staff when selecting (e.g. "Starter", "Main", "Dessert")
Color — helps visually distinguish slots
Max options — how many options can be selected in this slot
Select first option by default — automatically pre-selects the first option when the bundle is opened
4. Add products to each slot
Within each slot, add the products staff can choose from. There are three ways:
Products as options — add individual products one by one. Staff pick one (or more, depending on your max options setting).
Products from a tag — all products with a specific tag become selectable options. This updates automatically when you add or remove products from that tag.
Add product set — add a fixed combination of products that are all ordered at once when this option is selected.
You can also add a "No selection" option to allow staff to skip a slot.
5. Adjust option pricing (optional)
You can override the price for individual options within a slot:
Use standard price — uses the product's normal price
Set fixed price — charge a set amount for this option, regardless of its standard price
Apply percentage discount — discount the standard price by a percentage
If you're using a fixed bundle price, you can mark individual options as supplements — these are charged on top of the bundle's base price.
6. Prep station settings
Under Preparation, choose whether to show the bundle name in the prep station. You can also control whether the products within the bundle appear as individual lines or grouped under the bundle name.
Using bundles in the Tebi App
Once a bundle is set up, it appears in the ordering screen alongside regular products. When a staff member selects a bundle, they are guided through each slot to make their selections before the order is added.
Archiving a bundle
To temporarily remove a bundle from the ordering screen without deleting it, open the bundle and select Archive bundle. You can restore it at any time from the Bundles list by enabling Include archived bundles.
