Why is it important to set up your sales screen?
Setting up your sales screen is important as it determines how your staff will take orders and the flow of sales. Prima di configurare il tuo schermo, determina quanti riquadri desideri visualizzare per dispositivo.
Tebi Tip: Go to Menu > Settings > Preferences > Sales grid and choose what size sales grid you want per device before setting up your sales screen.
Note: A sales screen will have to be set up once per device size. Da quel momento in poi copierà automaticamente lo schermo di vendita ai dispositivi della stessa dimensione.
After the creation it will show up on each device that has this size set up. If you're using different devices, e.g. tablet and mobile device (i.e. handheld/terminal), you will have to create the sales screen twice.
Enter and exit editing mode
In the Tebi App > click on Menu > got to Sales
To view and edit the sales grid, open a sale: by clicking the plus button or opening a table on your floor plan.
When the sales grid has not yet been made, simply long press on the grid to go into edit mode.
Long press the Views bar on top to enter edit mode and

Enter editing mode by long pressing the sales grid on an empty tile or the Views bar on the top of the screen.
Rename the first View by clicking on it - this will be "Untitled" the first time you use it.
In the top of the screen, you can create tabs called Views.

To add a new View, press ⊕︀ Add view, then type the name of the View and press Done
To rearrange the order of a View, long press the View tab, then drag and drop it left or right.
To change the name of a View, tap the View name
To remove a View, press the 'X' on the right of the View name
If you delete a View with existing products on the grid, this whole page will be deleted. It cannot be retrieved.

Enter editing mode by long pressing the sales grid on an empty tile or the Views bar on the top of the screen.
Tap a tile that shows a ⊕︀ sign and select Add a product, then select the product or bundle (you can recognize a bundle product by the icon of three squares stacked next to the bundle name).
Select a color, and optionally add a display name for your product, then press Done.
To reposition, long press the created tile and drag + drop the product to a new position

Add tags to products to organize them into groups. You might create and add tags by the type of product (e.g., coffees, sodas, tap beers, etc.), by order frequency (e.g., fast movers) or by some other role that the products play (e.g., upselling).
Per aggiungere gruppi a una visualizzazione:
Enter editing mode by long pressing the sales grid on an empty tile or the Views bar on the top of the screen.
Tap an empty tile and select Add a new group
Select the tag(s) you want to filter by to create the group
Note: when selecting more than one tag, only the products that contain both tags will be included in the group.

Select a color for your product, then press Done
If you want to move it, long press the tile and drag + drop the group to a new position
Remove products, bundles or groups from a View
Enter editing mode by long pressing the sales grid on an empty tile or the Views bar on the top of the screen.
Tap the White 'X' on the right of the product, bundle or group tile you want to remove.
Tebi Tips for creating your sales grid
Some examples of how you might configure the sales grid for your Sale Screen:
Favorites first: Put your most sold products on the first View with more specific items on other less used Views
By menu: Create a View for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with items appearing in the same order as your menu. This will improve the speed of ordering.
By product type: Divide your products like wine, spirits, beers into their own View to quickly select the most sold in each type
Recommendations for numbers of tiles per device screen:
Tablet landscape: we recommend to use a 5x5 or 5x6 tile grid
Mobile device: we recommend either 3x4 or 3x5 - depending on the size of your device
Terminals: for Adyen terminals do not choose a sales grid size larger than a 3x5 as it will diminish the features available on the screen.
