How to export & import products
Puoi caricare un foglio di calcolo dei prodotti (.xlsx) nel Back Office di Tebi.
Questo sovrascriverà tutti i prodotti esistenti nella tua lista e li archivierà tutti.
Dovresti farlo solo quando:
Non hai ancora aggiunto alcun prodotto al tuo registro contabile e hai molti di prodotti da aggiungere, oppure
Stai modificando e aggiungendo a una versione di un elenco di prodotti già caricato nel registro.
Export the Tebi product list
Vai a Prodotti > Lista dei prodotti nel Back Office Tebi
Click Export, this will download a list of your existing products (or an empty template if you haven't added any products yet)
Aggiungi le informazioni sui tuoi prodotti in ogni colonna su un programma di fogli di calcolo come Google Sheets o Excel
Per aggiungere i tuoi nuovi prodotti a Tebi, segui i passaggi seguenti:
Import products
L'importazione del prodotto supporta i formati di file da Tebi, Lightspeed e Zettle. Per aggiungere prodotti in blocco:
Vai a Prodotti > Importa nel Back Office di Tebi
Seleziona il fornitore da cui desideri caricare un elenco di prodotti
Carica il file
Rivedi il numero di prodotti e la panoramica
Fai clic sul pulsante Importa
I prodotti saranno ora visibili nella Lista dei Prodotti
It's always a good idea to check your new products to ensure they are complete, any omissions can be added in the Tebi Back Office manually or on the Tebi app.
Edit products in bulk
Vai al Back Office Tebi > Prodotti > <1>Lista dei Prodotti1>
Edit products directly in the table view
Tebi Tip: you can use the filters to apply to specific sets of products
Archive products in bulk
Go to the Tebi Back Office > Products > Products List
Select the products you want to archive using the checkboxes, or use Select all to select all visible products
Click Archive to archive the selected products
Archived products are no longer visible in your active product list. You can view and restore archived products by filtering on archived products in the Products List.
Assign tags to products in bulk
Go to the Tebi Back Office > Products > Products List
Select the products you want to tag using the checkboxes
Click Tags and select the tags you want to add or remove from the selected products
