If you would like to delete your Tebi account, contact [email protected] with the information:
Tebi ledger name & ID (you can find this in the Back Office > System > Account > Details)
Reason for deletion
You need to email support with the email address that was used to create the Tebi account.
We will delete your account as soon as possible. It can take up to a month for the deletion of your account to be finalized.
Outstanding subscription, payment and hardware charges will be billed in the following month.
Note: After this has been processed you will no longer be able to access the Tebi App. You will only have access to the Tebi Back Office so you can export and download any data you might need.
Reason you cannot delete your account
You will not be able to delete your account if one or more of the following reasons are valid:
You are still processing payments.
Only a full month after your last processed payment can the account be deleted.
You still have an open negative balance in your Adyen Essentials account.
Will you still receive Tebi invoices?
After deleting your account you will no longer receive invoices from Tebi.
If you are not processing any payments with Tebi but have not requested Tebi to delete your account, you will continue to receive €0 invoices. You will not be charged for any subscription costs, transaction costs or payment processing fees if you are not processing any payments.
