Sales views

In the Tebi App there are different sales views available:

  1. Sales List

  2. Table Grid

  3. Floor Plan

Sales list (⁝≡)

The Sales list gives an overview of all open and closed sales for the selected date.

  • Easily search for tables or customers.

  • Tap the ⊕︀ on the bottom right for a new sale.

The sales list now has an Open / Closed toggle, so you can review closed sales for a specific day without leaving the flow.

How it works

  • Open tab — today's invoices, with sales-mode controls.

  • Closed tab — a date picker in the navigation bar lets you pick a date; the list shows closed invoices for the selected date.

Each tab has its own empty state. Section headers within the list are no longer shown — the tab itself provides the context.

Table grid

The Table grid is a useful view for larger venues with many tables and locations.

  • The Table Grid is included when you add tables via the Floor Plan Editor

  • You can easily move sales between tables by long pressing the sale and dragging it to another table

  • The quick access bar at the bottom shows upcoming reservations and sales without a table

Floor plan

The Floor plan mirrors the physical layout of your location.

  • Add a Sale by clicking on the floor plan

  • Move Sales between tables by long pressing the sale and dragging it to another table

  • You can merge Sales by dragging one over the other

    • This will move all the products to one sale and cannot be undone

  • Set your Floor Plan preferences in the settings

    • Option to 'Show amount due'

    • Option to 'Allow invoices outside tables switch'
