Restaurants based in Denmark can download their Tebi revenue data in a format that imports cleanly into e-conomic, the Visma-owned bookkeeping software widely used by Danish accountants.
Note: This is a manual file download, separate from the Chift bookkeeping integrations (Exact, Yuki, Twinfield, etc.) which sync automatically.
Setting up account mappings
Before your first export, map Tebi's accounts to your e-conomic chart of accounts.
Go to Back Office > Accounting > Bookkeeping Export > Bookkeeping Export Mapping.
For each account, enter the matching account number and tax type from e-conomic.
Click Save.
You only need to do this once. You can update the mappings at any time.
Downloading the export
Go to Back Office > Accounting > Bookkeeping Export.
Set the start and end date for the period you want to export.
Select the format e-conomic (Visma).
Click Download.
The file downloads in e-conomic-compatible format and is ready to import.
Importing into e-conomic
Import the file using e-conomic's standard CSV or journal import flow. Steps may vary by plan and language — consult e-conomic's own documentation or your accountant for the exact import path.
