Update the Tebi App
Keep the Tebi App up to date to get new features and fixes as soon as they're released.
Enable auto-updates (recommended)
Auto-updates ensure you always have the latest version without manual intervention.
On Android:
Open the Google Play Store
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
Go to Settings
Tap Network preferences
Select Auto-update apps
Choose Over any network or Over Wi-Fi only
On iOS:
Open Settings on your device
Scroll down and tap App Store
Toggle on App Updates under Automatic Downloads
Update Tebi manually
If auto-updates are disabled, you can update Tebi manually whenever a new version is available.
On Android:
Open the Google Play Store
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
Select Manage apps & devices
Tap Updates available
Find Tebi in the list
Tap Update
On iOS:
Open the App Store
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
Scroll down to Available Updates
Find Tebi in the list
Tap Update
Terminal-Specific Update Prerequisites
To ensure the Tebi app can be installed or updated on terminals:
Power on the terminals and keep them connected to a charger.
Ensure the terminals are connected to the internet.
With these conditions met, the terminals will be fully linked, allowing the Tebi app to be installed or updated.
